The Platform operates continuously, subject to system maintenance and technical requirements. You acknowledge that trading decisions are executed automatically based on predefined parameters and market conditions.

2.2 No Investment Advice

Altrix Edge is a technology platform provider. We do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on our Platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or financial instrument. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and merits of any trading activity.

2.3 Third-Party Services

Our Platform may integrate with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, and service providers. We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or performance of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

3. Trading Risks and Disclaimers

3.1 High-Risk Activity

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Market volatility, liquidity constraints, technical failures, and other factors can result in significant financial losses. You may lose some or all of your deposited capital. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

3.2 No Guaranteed Returns

3.3 Platform Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

4. Fees and Payments

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are the property of Altrix Edge or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altrix Edge, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Altrix Edge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of applicable law.

9. Term and Termination

9.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Platform. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure procedure on the Platform.

9.2 Termination by Altrix Edge

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
